Staying for two nights was a pleasant experience. The spacious room boasted a lovely view of the sea, making mornings quite enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the excellent breakfast spread, with so many options available. The clean pool and beach view added to my relaxation. I found the pillows to be a bit lumpy and the shower could use an upgrade. it was a good short visit.

The opportunity to go for long walks on the beach, and to be able to purchase my curios before going home
All the flies on the food in the dining room and the cockroach in our room. An air conditioner in the dining room would helf for the flies and also relieve the heat in there

I was enchanted by the perfect cleanliness and spaciousness of my Standard Double Room with a good balcony view of the ocean and lush coconut trees. The attentive service from the waitstaff, especially during dinner, elevated my experience....

The rooms were filthy with old blood stains on one of our pillows, mould on the walls, air conditioning unit broken, plug sockets falling off the walls. The whole Hotel is very dated and tired. The staff were rude on arrival and the hotel is further from Mombasa Airport than stated on the website its 25KM's from the airport. In general I would recommend staying somewhere else as it is far too expensive and stayed in better kept hostels than here.

Rooms in poor condition, plaster flaking due to damp, mould in bathroom, no warm water ever. Grounds also looked very tired & in need of improvements. I considered the hotel overpriced & overated. Should be at best 2 star. Food was OK but not special in any way.

comfortable rooms with large beds and air conditioning. the balcolny was nice as well.
i did not think the hotel reception handled the fact we got mugged very well. they should have called the police. the security guards, however, were excellent in terms of handling the situation.

Nice location and easy to reach. Good entertainment in evening. Relaxed atmosphere and nothing too expensive. Not too big so even though the pool is standard size it is not crowded.
Fairly mediocre hotel looking like it could do with a facelift: damaged pool table with dangerously damaged fan overhead. Faded chairs, uniforms and curtains, for example. The dining room has no fan so too many flies at breakfast time. Service a bit slow. Nothing too bad but nothing too good either.
